We are a community of everyday people who desire to know Jesus and make Him known, in the power of the Holy Spirit and for the glory of God.
The Kairos Prison Ministry Team takes the message of Jesus Christ into California State Prison (CSP) Folsom. These Spirit-filled weekends have made a huge difference in the morale and recidivism rates in prisons all over the world.
The Kairos Prison Ministry has as its purpose the establishment of a Christian Community within prison institutions. This process starts with a three-day Short Course in Christianity presented by a group of laity and clergy. Homemade cookies and hands are for the course being presented at the weekend in California State Prison (CSP) Folsom. The hands are strung around the Community Room in which the Short Course is presented.
